  • Shuttle Schedule & Frequency

    • Daytime & Evening (3:30 AM – 12:00 AM): Runs every 15 minutes.

    • Late Night & Early Morning (12:00 AM – 3:30 AM): Runs every 30 minutes.

    Terminal Pickup Locations at SFO

    • Domestic Terminals (1, 2, and 3): Head to the Departures Level (one floor above baggage claim). Exit the terminal, cross the walkway to the center island, and look for the signs designated "Hotel Courtesy Shuttle Bus".

    • International Terminal: Proceed to the designated Hotel Shuttle curbside pickup zones on the Arrivals/Baggage Claim level center island.

    • What to Look For: The vehicle is a large white shuttle bus shared with the adjacent Hyatt Regency, explicitly labeled with the Marriott logo on the side.

  • Enter San Francisco Airport Marriott Waterfront as your destination:

    Domestic Terminals: Follow signs to the Domestic Parking Garage and take the elevator to Level 5. Proceed to your terminal’s designated Uber/Lyft pickup zone:

    • Terminal 1: Zones A/B or B

    • Terminal 2: Zones C or D

    • Terminal 3: Zones E, F or F/G

    International Terminal: Go to the Departures/Ticketing Level and proceed to the roadway center island at Zones 14–17.

    Once you reach the designated pickup area, request your ride through the Uber or Lyft app and confirm the pickup zone and vehicle details. The hotel is approximately one mile from SFO, making it a quick and convenient ride.

  • Driving from SFO Rental Car Center

    From the airport terminals, take the AirTrain Blue Line to the Rental Car Center, located at 780 N. McDonnell Road. The AirTrain operates 24 hours a day.
